Terms of Service

Article 1 (General Provisions)

1. These Terms and Conditions define the conditions for using the Service operated and provided by our company, between all customers (hereinafter referred to as "Users") using the Service and our company.

2. Our company considers that a User has agreed to all the contents of these Terms and Conditions by using the Service.

Article 2 (About the Service)

1. This service is a social networking service, intended for individuals with similar hobbies, locations, etc., to exchange information related to their hobbies on the internet.

2. This service is not available to users under the age of 18. However, even those over 18 who are high school students are not eligible to become members.

Article 3 (Measures Based on Guidance)

1. This service is constantly monitored by moderators, who will delete inappropriate content (images/text) uploaded by users.

2. If a user generates inappropriate content, other users can use the "Report" function, allowing moderators to review and delete the content.

3. Inappropriate content will be deleted within 24 hours of posting.

4. Users who violate these Terms of Service will have their accounts suspended by the supervisors or management.

Article 4 (Disclosure of Profile Information, etc.)

Profile information entered or obtained voluntarily by users in this service may be disclosed to other users with the user's consent.

Article 5 (Usage Fees)

1. Basic services of this service are free of charge.

2. Communication charges incurred when using this service are the responsibility of the user, and the Company will not provide any compensation.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

The Company strictly prohibits the following acts by users, or acts that may fall under the following categories:

  • (1) Acts that violate these Terms of Service.
  • (2) Acts that are contrary to public order and morals.
  • (3) Acts aimed at dating or romantic relationships.
  • (4) Solicitation of compensated dating, prostitution, or buying sex.
  • (5) Posting content that harms minors, etc.
  • (6) Any act that infringes on the privacy or intellectual property rights of our company or a third party.
  • (7) Any act that causes nuisance to our company or a third party.
  • (8) Any act that constitutes defamation or slander against our company or a third party.
  • (9) Any act that interferes with our company's operations.
  • (10) Any commercial activity using this service, except when our company has given prior consent.
  • (11) Any act of impersonating a third party.
  • (12) Any act of a single user possessing multiple accounts.
  • (13) Any act of sharing the same account among multiple users.
  • (14) Any act of providing an account to a third party, whether by transfer or lending.
  • (15) Any other act that our company deems inappropriate.

Article 7 (Withdrawal and Suspension of Use)

1. Users may freely withdraw from this service by deleting the application for this service at their own discretion.

In this case, the user agrees to waive all rights related to this service (including, but not limited to, rights regarding points).

2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, users may, by registering their email address and password with this service before withdrawing, continue to use their account within one year of withdrawal by downloading the service application again. Users are responsible for using and managing their passwords with the care of a prudent manager, and the Company shall not be liable for any errors in use or unauthorized use by third parties.

3. If a user engages in any of the prohibited acts stipulated in Article 5, Paragraph 1, or if the Company determines that the user's use of this service is inappropriate, such as in violation of these Terms of Service or the various regulations of this service, the Company may temporarily suspend or terminate the user's use without prior notice. In this case, the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user. Furthermore, if the Company incurs damages due to the user's actions, the Company may claim compensation from the user.

4. In the event of suspension of use as described in the preceding paragraph, the Company will not provide any refunds for point purchase fees, etc.

Article 8 (Information Provided by This Service)

All intellectual property rights to the information constituting this service (including text, images, programs, etc.) belong to our company or the third party holding such rights. We strictly prohibit any unauthorized use of this information.

Article 9 (Advertisements)

1. This service may provide users with advertisements from our company and advertisers by posting them on the service. 2. While we will post advertisements from advertisers that we deem appropriate, we do not guarantee the content of such advertisements. Please contact the advertiser directly regarding the content of their advertisements.

3. Users are solely responsible for any actions arising from advertisements provided through this service.

Article 10 (Suspension and Termination of This Service)

1. We may temporarily suspend the provision of this service without notice to users if any of the following occurs, or if there is a risk of such occurring:

  • (1) If a natural disaster or other emergency occurs, and we determine that it is difficult to operate this service.
  • (2) When performing maintenance on this service, adding new features, or other related work.
  • (3) When a problem occurs in the environment or equipment necessary for the operation of this service that we determine makes it difficult to operate this service.
  • (4) When it is discovered that we and this service are being subjected to disruptive acts, such as the transmission of computer viruses, and it is necessary to suspend this service in order to take prompt action.
  • (5) When we determine that it is appropriate to suspend this service for any other reason.

2. We may suspend the provision of this service if any of the events described in the preceding paragraph continue for an extended period.

3. We shall not be liable for any inability of users to use this service during the period in which we suspend or terminate this service.

Article 11 (Termination of this Service)

All intellectual property rights to the information constituting this service (including text, images, programs, etc.) belong to us or the third party holding such rights. We strictly prohibit any unauthorized use of this information.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

1. Our company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, or any other aspect of the information provided to users through this service.

2. Our company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the user's use of this service or from system malfunctions of this service.

3. Our company shall not be involved in or liable for any problems or damages that occur between users and third parties.

4. Users acknowledge in advance that it may take time for our company to respond to inquiries from users, and that we may not be able to respond depending on the content of the inquiry.

5. Our company reserves the right, but is not obligated, to view the information content such as nicknames set by users and to delete or modify any parts deemed inappropriate.

6. Our company shall not be liable for the content of emails, messages, or uploaded content created by third parties or users.

Article 13 (Revision of these Terms and Conditions)

1. Our company may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.

2. If we revise these Terms of Service in accordance with the preceding paragraph, we will promptly post the revised Terms of Service for this Service on this Service.

3. The revised Terms of Service for this Service shall become effective from the time they are posted on this Service.

Article 14 (Handling of Personal Information)

We will endeavor to properly manage and protect personal information in accordance with our separately established Privacy Policy (which constitutes a part of these Terms of Service).

Article 15 (Governing Law)

These Terms of Service shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Article 16 (Miscellaneous)

1. In the event of a problem between us and a user, both parties shall endeavor to resolve it through good-faith discussions. If litigation becomes necessary despite discussions, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

2. Matters not stipulated in these Terms of Service shall be governed by the content separately stipulated by us.
